Natchitoches was established in 1714, and Mama's Oyster House and Papa's Bar & Grill are located in a beautiful building that dates back to the late 1800s. Original owners Clay and Jana Mayeux provided outstanding dining service for over 15 years before turning the business over to the Aldredge family.
In 2006, Mama's Oyster house expanded its dining capacity by opening the Blues Room and a covered outdoor patio. You'll always hear the best local and regional musicians. We have live entertainment every Friday and Saturday from 8: 00pm until 10:00pm.
